The company, ‘The Valo Group Europe Ltd’ has entered into liquidation. It operated under the following brands, ‘Valo’ and ‘The Valo Group’.
The company has confirmed that it does not intend to fulfil its obligations with regards to honouring warranties of products installed.
For consumers who had any renewable energy products installed by this retailer, HIES has secured another retailer to honour any warranties already in place and the retailer will be contacting former Valo consumers soon to introduce themselves and providing any information required.
